Terms and community standards
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 13 to use NewArtVote. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use the service with your parent or guardian's permission. Before contributing, you must accept these terms and community standards. Keep your account credentials secure and contact hello@newartvote.app about unauthorized use.
Your creative work
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant NewArtVote permission to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the service. Only upload work you have the rights to share and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property.
Prohibited content and behaviour
Do not post child sexual abuse or exploitation content, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, graphic real-world violence outside news reporting, threats, harassment, hate speech, personal information shared without consent, illegal content, scams, or content promoting harm. Do not impersonate others, manipulate votes with bots or fake accounts, or evade moderation. Non-sexual nudity is allowed only when it is contextually justified by the artwork and is not gratuitous or intended for sexual gratification. Artistic context does not exempt content from the other standards, including our child-safety rules.
Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Use the report controls on posts, profiles, and comments to flag objectionable content or users. You can block a user to hide their contributions from your experience and prevent further interactions in the app. Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal, restrictions, or account suspension. For urgent safety concerns or appeals, contact hello@newartvote.app.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited. We review safety reports, remove violating content, and act on confirmed child-safety concerns, including reporting to appropriate authorities when required. Do not send suspected illegal imagery by email; report the content in the app or send its post/profile identifier to hello@newartvote.app. Our published child-safety standards are at https://newartvote.app/child-safety.html.
Studio purchases and account closure
Studio features and prices are shown before purchase. Recurring plans renew until canceled through the provider used for purchase. Manage Google Play subscriptions in Google Play, App Store subscriptions in Apple account settings, and web purchases through Studio support. Deleting your NewArtVote account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions. Request account and data deletion in Settings or at https://newartvote.app/delete-account.html.
Service and contact
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law. Questions, safety concerns, and deletion requests can be sent to hello@newartvote.app.
