Delete your NewArtVote account
Request account and data deletion
Open NewArtVote on the web or in the app, sign in, and go to Settings → Account → Delete your account. Review the data and subscription information, then submit and confirm your deletion request. A receipt confirms it has been received; no email or app reinstall is required. We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will confirm completion or explain any necessary delay.
Cannot sign in?
Email hello@newartvote.app and include the email you use to sign in to NewArtVote. Send from that address when possible. If you use Apple's Hide My Email or cannot access the address, let us know so we can help verify ownership. Say that you want your NewArtVote account and associated data deleted. We verify ownership before acting on email requests.
What is removed
Your authentication account, profile, posts and uploaded media, comments, follows, votes, and block records are removed from active systems. Billing providers may retain transaction records for legal obligations. Limited security or abuse records may be retained where necessary; backups may expire later than active records.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel store subscriptions. Cancel recurring Studio plans in Google Play or Apple account settings, or contact Studio support for web purchases. You can request deletion while asking for help with cancellation.
